Dear Guest, we would like to inform you that the Legislative Decree 196/03 and the General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 provide for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data.
Your personal data will be processed for the management of hospitality, fiscal document management, and public security procedures. The processing of your personal data, carried out by us with the aid of electronic means, will be guided by the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, relevance, non-excessiveness with respect to the purposes for which they are collected, protecting your confidentiality and rights. There is no automated decision-making process for the processing of personal data covered by this notice.
The data will be communicated to subjects to whom communication is required by law or necessary for the execution of the relationship with our company (public security authority, Revenue Agency, RADAR (Regional Data Collection), telematic transmission of data on tourist flows, etc.) and exclusively for the purposes mentioned above.
For the processing and communication of your personal data, carried out in accordance with the law, your prior consent is not required, as these are obligations imposed by the laws of the State and for public security needs.
The subjects who may become aware of your data are the data controllers, authorized processors, public security authorities, and competent bodies. The data will not be communicated to other subjects, will not be disclosed, nor will they be subject to transfers to third countries outside the EU in compliance with Chapter V of the European Regulation 679/2016.
We inform you that the provision of such data is mandatory, and your possible refusal to respond will result in our inability to accommodate you in our hotel.
With your consent, for customer satisfaction, promotional, or marketing purposes, the data may be processed for the sending of commercial communications. Information about you will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior consent. Any special (sensitive) data reported by you will be processed with explicit consent for the processing of such personal data for one or more specific purposes to provide specific goods, services, or services, under Article 9(2)(a) of GDPR 679/2016.
Your data will be stored for the period indicated by the current regulations and, in any case, until the achievement of the before mentioned purposes (Hospitality 6 months, Ex TULPS to sending, Fiscal Data 10 Years) and then will be deleted. With your consent, the data can be stored for a maximum period of 2 years.

You can contact these subjects at any time to exercise your rights against the data controller as provided for in Chapter III of GDPR 679/2016, in particular, the right to obtain:

           4 . a copy of the personal data that are being treated and the right to data portability.
You may also file a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor Authority pursuant to Articles 77 and following of Chapter VIII of GDPR.
